In another Saturday adventure, we popped along to Titan Props, the prop store where Kev works.

It’s an amazing space, full of weird and intriguing objects.

There were quite a lot of unnerving mannequins. I wouldn’t like to be in there at night on my own.

And, in addition to the unnerving mannequins, some unnerving people too…

Don’t look weird, shave that beard!

Malcolm was pretty pleased with his resemblance to one of his idols, Bubbles from Trailer Park Boys.

Anyway, we had a great time playing with the stuff that we found.

But that wasn’t the only reason we went down. Kev’s band, Smoke Jaguar, were playing a warm-up gig ahead of their mini-tour of France!

They showed Battleship Potemkin while they played and I enjoyed the interplay between them and the images of the film. These are a couple of my favourites.

We had a good night and they sounded great. I hope we can go back and do some more exploring soon!

On the way home, we found a skip named after Malcolm. Good times.
