Meet Louie, our island cat.  He has been a wonderful companion over the past couple of months, ever ready to play or have his lugs given a good scratch. I hadn’t realised how much I missed sharing my living space with an animal, and how therapeutic it is to have that animal chose to lie with you for a while.  Louie is a young cat and just learning about his environment.  Every day he gets a little bit bolder, just like me.
