Island Mouse made it to another Scottish Island last week, with a wee trip to Mull!

Tim and I were helping his sister Roz, her partner Shaun, her son Harris and their brilliant doggy, Zanna, move home from Telford to Mull.  A very good move indeed, I think!

When moving house, the best bit is getting away from all the boxes!

 

 

Tim took me on a peerie tour of his old haunts, including the tiny wee harbour he used to go out fishing from…

 

And the lovely farm he and Roz grew up on…

 

Beautiful.

 

 

And guess what? It was the Mull Rally weekend! Even through we weren’t able to stay for it, I did get to check out a couple of the cars when they visited Harris’s new school – which is right next door to his new home.

 

4. Trucker

All too soon it was time to head back down the road. Big Goodbyes and hugs all round and promises to come back soon. I can’t wait to see all of Roz and Shaun’s home-making plans come to life.

I made the canny move of only giving Harris The Brave his Viking helmet and sword as we were leaving, thus saving my legs from a few bruises!
