Ah yes, here you are, on my island, in the ever-present gale…

What a strange and wonderful year this has turned out to be.  Thank you, my darling city mouse, for your kind words, ready hugs and good advice.

My resolutions are as follows:

1. Work less, play more

2. Procrastinate less, make more

3. Sigh less, laugh more

4. TAKE MORE PHOTOGRAPHS! (I bought a beast of a camera in a caffeine induced, about-to-have-run-to-board-the-plane frenzy in the airport. Always the best time to spend a LOT of money…!)

So, I shall look forward mightily to your sewing exploits, and I shall send you many, many pictures of my adventures.
